Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. To ensure fairness and clarity for all parties, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all bookings with Pura Voyage.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled tour date.
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or late arrivals will be treated as cancellations without refund.

3. Cancellation by Pura Voyage

In rare cases such as severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, Pura Voyage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Changes to Your Booking

Requests to change the date, time, or number of participants must be made at least 3 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
