All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Additional fees :
Transportation, admission, or meal expenses may apply depending on the selected tour.
Such fees will be clearly stated on each service page.
Exchanges & Returns Policy :
As this is a service-based product, we do not accept exchanges or returns after the service has been provided.
However, cancellations before the tour date are handled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
In case of defective service (e.g., cancellation caused by our company or safety reasons), a full refund will be issued.
Delivery of Services :
Services will be provided on the scheduled date and time agreed upon at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods :
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Customers may pay using their PayPal account or an eligible credit or debit card, subject to availability in their country or region.
Payment period :
Full payment is required to confirm a regular tour booking. After the itinerary and price have been agreed upon, we will send the customer a secure PayPal payment link.
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, the quotation and provisional reservation will remain valid for seven calendar days from the date of issue. If payment is not received by the stated deadline, the provisional reservation may be released without further notice.
Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
